    No . mybe u forgot to copy data folder . thats why is say download the additional file .

    copy gangstar folder to sdcard/gameloft/games

    after ur finish copy the folder
    Install apk file and play

    its look like u hav open the game . dont download just exit the game . after ur exit . connect ur phone to pc . after ur connect . go to gameloft/games folder . and copy gangstar folder in that path . make sure u dont copy gangtar.rar

    Hey i can solve ur problem now .
    after u extract GangstarHVGA.rar , there are 2 files . one files is gangstar.zip one is apk file . extract the gangstar.zip after u extract copy the folder to sdcard/gameloft/games

    delete the data gangstar folder on ur phone bcoz download additional data is not hvga resolution . make sure after ur extract the data gangstar.zip and then copy the gangstar folder to sdcard/gameloft/games

    after ur download it and extract the zip folder. there are 2 file. one is apk file and gangstar.zip file . extract the gangstar.zip file n then copy gangstar folder to sdcard/gameloft/games n then install apk file

    easy way if u cannot find sdcard/gameloft/games/gangstar
    1)first u need to extract the apk files then u install it with appinstaller
    2)after u install it run the game
    3)then the game said additional files to download touch yes
    3)when the download start quikly go back
    4)then go to your computer u will see gameloft files have been added
